TXM Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for driven Business Development Executives to take our recruitment offering to market and help grow our high-performing recruitment teams.

Based in Dubai with a global footprint, TXM Solutions delivers flexible recruitment solutions across multiple sectors. Holding an On-Demand License, we are uniquely positioned to support contract, outsourcing, and permanent recruitment requirements across the region and internationally.

The Role

As a Business Development Consultant, you will:

• Drive new business opportunities for our recruitment teams across the GCC and beyond
• Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Identify and convert opportunities across permanent, contract, and outsourced solutions
• Leverage your market knowledge and network to expand TXM Solutions presence
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development within recruitment
• Strong GCC market experience, with a demonstrable client network
• A commercial mindset with a passion for winning and growing accounts
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
