Role Description

In regards to our Contracting & Fitout division,: this is a full-time position for a Business Development professional specializing in Contracting and Fitout. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with the team to drive business growth and meet performance goals. This is an on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and market trends effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven experience with Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with the interior fit-out, contracting, or construction industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and relevant digital tools is an advantage
