Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Intern to drive client acquisition, nurture relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role combines outbound sales calls, lead generation, and business development strategy -ideal for someone who thrives on communication, targets, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced AI and marketing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and qualify leads.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Understand client needs and effectively present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to convert leads from campaigns into active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback from the market to help refine sales strategies and offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- Interest in AI, automation, or data-driven marketing solutions is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
- Comfort with presenting and pitching remotely (via Zoom/Google Meet).
