About Us

Rentinit is a Dubai-based PropTech company transforming how rentals work in the UAE. We're building the infrastructure to make the rental market faster, fairer, and smarter for tenants, landlords, brokers, and property managers.

Role Overview

As Business Development Lead, you will drive growth across the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong track record of delivering results. You will work closely with the founding team to shape commercial strategy and, over time, build out the sales function as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, property managers, landlords, and family offices.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive platform adoption across key market segments.
  • Represent Rentinit at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine positioning, pricing, and product-market fit.
  • Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team as the company scales.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within PropTech, real estate, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE rental market and its key players.
  • Proven track record of selling technology products or platforms.
  • Established network across real estate agencies, property management firms, landlords, or family offices is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to operate independently.
  • Based in Dubai with deep familiarity with the local market.
