The Role

We are looking for experienced, commercially driven FX Sales professionals to join our growing international team.

This role is suited to individuals with a proven track record in foreign exchange, who are confident in winning new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue within their region.

This is a high-performance, high-reward environment where you will take full ownership of your market. You will be responsible for building and developing your own portfolio of clients, while contributing directly to the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients and partners
  • Identifying client needs and delivering tailored FX solutions
  • Building relationships with intermediaries such as real estate brokers, mortgage advisors, and business setup firms
  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal execution
  • Onboarding new clients in line with compliance and KYC requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM
  • Working closely with internal teams including Sales Support and Finance
  • Contributing to sales strategy and identifying opportunities for growth within your region

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within FX sales or currency exchange
  • Strong track record of generating revenue and winning new business
  • Existing client relationships or book of business highly advantageous
  • Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-performance environment
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong advantage
