The Guest Relations Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, requiring a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. The role involves managing guest experiences, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing training initiatives to enhance guest relations. Regular communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Guest Relations, with a focus on creating memorable and positive experiences for clients
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Experience in Training team members to improve customer interaction and service delivery
  • Ability to handle challenges professionally and resolve guest concerns proactively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a managerial capacity, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer feedback mechanisms is beneficial
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an asset
