We are a newly set up boutique bookkeeping and accounting services firm supporting small and medium-sized businesses. We specialize in delivering accurate, compliant, and regulator-ready financial records.
Role Description
To generate recurring monthly revenue by acquiring SME clients through direct sales, partnerships, and targeted digital channels, while supporting lead generation via digital marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Acquire SME clients for bookkeeping, VAT, and compliance services
Leverage existing UAE business networks
Conduct client meetings (in-person & virtual)
Prepare and close proposals with monthly retainer pricing
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Ensure minimum 3-month client retention
Cross-sell compliance and advisory services
Coordinate and execute basic digital lead generation, including:
LinkedIn outreach (founders, FMs, SMEs)
Track inquiries and follow-ups
Create simple sales content
Ensure all digital leads are actively followed and closed
Mandatory Requirements
2+ years UAE experience in B2B services sales
Proven experience selling: Accounting, audit, ERP, corporate services, or banking products
Existing UAE SME decision-maker network
Working knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping software
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and lead generation
CRM / lead tracking tools
Self starter
Compensation Structure
Basic Salary + attractive commission structure
