Role Description

  • Lead sales and business development projects from opportunity identification to order intake.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Generate new leads and manage opportunities through regular client engagement and reporting.
  • Visit customers facilities and production sites to understand technical needs and provide tailored support.
  • Act as a technical interface between customers, internal teams, and sales representatives .
  • Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial specifications.
  • Prepare, present, and defend technical and commercial offers in face-to-face meetings
  • Represent and promote the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and professional events.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a BDM or Sales Engineer, with strong skills in quotation, customer relationship management, and the Office Suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (customer and/or sales representative interface).
  • Experience in the defense, aerospace, or embedded electronics industry is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to components, equipment, or system-level products will be considered a valuable advantage.
  • Understanding of the UAE market is highly appreciated.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and take informed decisions.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and contribute to strategic business development.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required, French is a plus.

You have a strong ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams. You are comfortable using structured communication tools and methods to drive projects forward.

The position will be based in Abu Dhabi, within our new Tech House Nicomatic Technologies Industry, located in Tawazun Industrial Park.
