Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading negotiations to close deals. The role includes developing strategies to drive growth, collaborating with internal teams to design proposals, and ensuring client needs are met. This position requires regular engagement with potential clients and a strong ability to assess market trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, deal closing, and relationship management
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in advertising and marketing sectors
- Negotiation and Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and present proposals
- Strategic Planning and Project Management abilities to oversee business initiatives from concept to completion
- A solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in an advertising agency or a similar customer-facing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software
