Originate airline partnership opportunities through targeted market mapping to expand premium aviation service distribution
Structure commercial partnership proposals through financial modeling and value articulation to secure incremental B2B revenue
Negotiate partnership commercial terms through direct engagement and contract coordination to maximize long-term profitability
Develop international partner pipelines through systematic outreach and relationship development to support global expansion objectives
Monitor partnership performance through defined KPIs and periodic reviews to optimize revenue contribution
Expand existing partnerships through upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase wallet share
Align partnership initiatives with brand and service positioning through cross-functional collaboration to protect premium standards
Track client feedback and event metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support service enhancements
Prepare reports, proposals, and supporting materials that assist internal teams and management decision-making
Requirements
5+ years experience in B2B business development within the aviation & airlines industry.
