Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying and securing new projects in the engineering sector, building strategic client relationships, and managing opportunities through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the engineering sector (governmental and private).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and potential partners.
- Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor tenders and competitions and analyze their requirements.
- Negotiate with clients to achieve favorable contractual terms for the company.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between proposals and company capabilities.
- Follow up with existing clients to enhance repeat business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status and potential projects.
- Represent the company in meetings and relevant industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of the projects market and tendering processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
