Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by identifying and securing new projects in the engineering sector, building strategic client relationships, and managing opportunities through to contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the engineering sector (governmental and private).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and potential partners.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor tenders and competitions and analyze their requirements.
  • Negotiate with clients to achieve favorable contractual terms for the company.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between proposals and company capabilities.
  • Follow up with existing clients to enhance repeat business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status and potential projects.
  • Represent the company in meetings and relevant industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the projects market and tendering processes.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals and reports.
