Job Description

Extrucoat21 is expanding its architectural aluminum systems business, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the market and drive system sales across key projects.

Role Purpose:

To develop and grow sales of Extrucoat's architectural aluminum systems by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with fabricators, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans for architectural aluminum systems.
  • Identify and pursue new projects and market opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with aluminum fabricators, faade contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Promote Extrucoat's architectural systems and ensure specification in projects.
  • Coordinate with the technical office on BOQs, system selection, and quotations.
  • Follow up on offers, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Grow sales volume through both new projects and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling architectural aluminum systems.
  • Strong network within fabricators, faade companies, and consultants is a must.
  • Solid understanding of aluminum systems, specifications, and project sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
