Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and maintaining long-term partnerships within the architecture, interior design, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach architects, interior designers, real estate developers, builders, and construction firms.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and industry databases.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales & Business Development
Present the studio's portfolio, services, and value proposition to potential clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team to develop tailored solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads and secure repeat business.

Maintain client records and sales activities in CRM systems.

Market Research
Monitor market trends in architecture, real estate, and visualization services.

Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies.

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with 3D artists, project managers, and studio leadership to ensure smooth project handovers.

Assist in marketing initiatives, portfolio updates, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.

Ability to explain technical and creative services in a simple, client-friendly manner.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in architectural visualization, BIM, architecture, interior design, real estate, or creative services.

Existing network within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

Exposure to international client acquisition and outsourcing services.
