Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base within the OTC derivatives brokerage industry.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with a strong existing client portfolio, deep understanding of FX/CFDs, and a proven track record within regulated brokerage environments. This role is suited for ambitious professionals who are passionate about building long-term client relationships and advancing their careers with a global brand.

Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Proactively acquire professional and high-net-worth retail clients through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active trading clients.
  • Expand and manage a transferable client portfolio while driving consistent revenue growth.

2. Relationship Management & Client Experience

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering professional, responsive, and value-driven service.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout their trading lifecycle.

3. Onboarding, KYC & Compliance

  • Conduct client due diligence, suitability assessments, and KYC processes in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all client interactions and onboarding activities fully comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

4. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including onboarding, compliance, dealing, and customer support to ensure smooth client management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain strong internal controls, service quality, and operational efficiency.

5. Market Representation & Brand Advocacy

  • Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
  • Act as a brand ambassador when engaging with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in eFX, CFDs, or other OTC derivative products.
  • Mandatory transferable client portfolio, including professional clients and retail HNIs.
  • Proven track record with an established, regulated brokerage firm.

Skills & Competencies

  • Highly energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices.
  • Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, empathy, and strong ethical standards.

Additional Prerequisites

  • Native Arabic national with excellent command of English.
  • UAE resident for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or work at least three days per week from the Abu Dhabi office.
