Business Development Manager (based in KSA)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia, particularly within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the Dammam branch operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Drive implementation of business development strategies and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to support market expansion and service delivery.
• Provide regular business performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Proven experience in strategic account management and branch operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
