As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the UAE. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role suited for a commercially driven professional who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, opening new doors, and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UAE
  • Meeting prospects and customers on a daily basis (on-site, events, networking, partner meetings)
  • Driving outbound sales through calls, LinkedIn, email, WA and strategic account outreach
  • Managing and converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
  • Leading product Demos and high-level commercial discussions
  • Owning and managing the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and reporting within the CRM

Who we are looking for:

  • You genuinely enjoy speaking and building relationships with people
  • Proven experience and successful track record in Sales
  • Have a strong network in the UAE
  • Solid background in business development, sales, or account management
  • Previously wokred in Saas, Tech or Telecom sector
  • Experience generating opportunities through outbound reach
  • Excellent communication skills and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Arabic speaker
  • Valid UAE Driving License and a Car

Big Plus:

  • Previous experience working in SaaS or subscription-based software
  • Background in selling IT solutions, software platforms, or telecom services
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales tools, or contact center solutions
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers in the GCC
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches
