Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B opportunities across corporate gifting, hospitality, premium retailers, and strategic brand collaborations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential partnership categories.

2. Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and a premium brand experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, managing inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing account needs.
  • Host and attend client meetings, events, and activations to strengthen relationships.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers that reflect the brand's value and pricing integrity.
  • Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track performance and share frequent activity reports, forecasts, and insights with leadership.

4. Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all B2B touchpoints uphold luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design B2B-focused materials, samples, and presentations.
  • Support premium events, pop-ups, and experiential initiatives that enhance brand visibility among corporate clients.

Market & Competitor Insight

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury and retail landscape.
  • Provide feedback to leadership teams to support product development and innovation.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 4-7 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within luxury retail, FMCG, hospitality, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing senior-level relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communicationverbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with luxury brands or premium gifting portfolios.
  • Existing network of corporate, hospitality, or retail contacts in the region.
  • Understanding of regional luxury consumer trends (if Middle East role: strong GCC market knowledge).
