Cargoz is building the leading warehousing marketplace in the region, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to scale our supply network, lead high-performing teams, and drive marketplace growth across the UAE/GCC. This is a senior leadership role combining partner acquisition, commercial strategy, governance, and RFQ/sales enablement ideal for someone who thrives in fast-scaling digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B leads from 3PLs, freight forwarders, exporters, importers, and industrial operators.
- Build and nurture theCargoz Logistics Communitywith events, meetups, and networking.
- Visit logistics hubs and industrial zones to identify business opportunities.
- Represent Cargoz at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Develop strategic partnerships with trade bodies, associations, and logistics brokers.
- Track and optimize offline lead generation and community-driven referrals.
Required Skills & Qualities
- 510 years in offline demand generation, business development, or B2B marketing in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
- Strong UAE logistics network and experience building partner ecosystems.
- Skilled at converting on-ground interactions into measurable business results.
- Comfortable being market-facing, connecting with people, and driving growth.
