Job Title: Business Development Manager China Market (FX/CFD Brokerage)
Location: Dubai
Role Objective
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and partnership growth across the China market.
The role focuses on expanding our IB (Introducing Broker) and Master IB network, onboarding high-value clients, and driving revenue growth within the FX/CFD brokerage space.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for China
Identify, approach, and onboard retail and high-value traders
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
IB / Partner Network Development
Source, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Master IBs
Establish long-term partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and trading communities
Drive IB performance, retention, and revenue generation
Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in the region
Maintain strong engagement via calls, messaging platforms, and meetings
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Candidate Profile
Experience & Industry Knowledge
37+ years of experience in FX/CFD brokerage and trading
Strong understanding of CFD/FX products, platforms, and client lifecycle
Proven track record in client acquisition and IB network development
Regional Expertise
Deep understanding of the China market and client behavior
Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates is highly preferred
Experience working with Chinese clients or within the region
Language Skills
Native or fluent Mandarin (required)
Proficiency in English
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with remote client engagement and digital communication channe
Working Model
HQ/Dubai-based
Ability to work across time zones and engage clients in the China region
Occasional travel may be required
