Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Ain for a Business Development Manager. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market presence. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, conduct market research to identify trends, and work on negotiations and contracts to achieve business growth. The Business Development Manager will also provide support in meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Market Expansion.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and sales strategy development.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related software for business development.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Ain with a flexible and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors, preferably in uPVC and Aluminum systems, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
