Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager responsible for managing the end-to-end expansion of the company's products across the GCC, MENA region, and the European Union.
The role focuses on building and managing structured partnerships with local distributors, regulatory partners, and service providers; coordinating product registration processes in target markets; and supporting the commercial launch and market entry of pharmaceutical and OTC products.
The Business Development Manager will be actively involved in identifying and onboarding suitable partners, aligning registration and launch timelines, and supporting product introduction activities on a country-by-country basis. The role includes participation in major European pharmaceutical exhibitions, which serve as key platforms for partner identification and relationship development.
Working closely with internal regulatory, marketing, and operations teams, the Business Development Manager ensures that products are successfully registered, launched, and commercialised in line with the company's international expansion strategy.
