We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team and drive the growth of Teldrip Connect from 0 to 1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inB2B sales, specifically within the cloud telephony space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive the growth of Teldrip Connect.
  • Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge of Teldrip Connect's features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud telephony or related SaaS products.
  • A strong understanding of the cloud telephony market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales from 0 to 1, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Managerial qualities with experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
