Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Joinery commercial projects portfolio, with a strong focus on hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, hotel apartments , residential buildings ) across the UAE.

The role is primarily focused on generating new leads, building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and hotel operators, and converting opportunities into awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial, hospitality joinery projects across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, project managers, and hospitality operators.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, industry events, and market research.
  • Track upcoming related projects and ensure early engagement at tender and design stages.
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Estimation, Proposals & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and related commercial documents in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
  • Ensure quotations are competitive, accurate, and aligned with project specifications and timelines.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate terms to secure project awards.

Project Coordination & Client Management

  • Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project acquisition and delivery.
  • Coordinate product deliveries and installations with the production, logistics, and site teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the pre-award and post-award phases to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support project handover and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.

Financial & Collections

  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department to collect outstanding payments from clients and related parties.
  • Ensure commercial terms, payment schedules, and collection processes are followed as per company policy.
  • Support resolution of any commercial or payment-related issues with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within joinery, interior fit-out, in the UAE.
  • Strong network and proven track record in hospitality and joinery commercial projects
  • Good understanding of joinery products, materials, finishes, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
