Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to be the face of Goldmine Events, hunting for new clients, pitching creative event solutions, and driving revenue across industries. This is a client-facing role that combines strategy, creativity, and excellent relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in corporate events across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Pitch creative event solutions and packages that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, producers, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client visions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and new event innovations to position Goldmine Events as a leader in the space.
- Manage client expectations, contracts, and budgets efficiently.
- Report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in events, media, or experiential marketing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is imperative
- Strong network and ability to cultivate relationships across industries.
- Confident, persuasive, and a natural hunter for new opportunities.
