Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new client opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote Health Screening services. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with suitable talent solutions, tracking sales pipelines, and reporting performance metrics. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, contribute to business growth strategies, and represent the firm at relevant industry events.

• Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, including pipeline management, time management, and accurate reporting of business activities.
• Experience in recruitment, executive search, HR consulting, or professional services business development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Chennai, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings as required.
