Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand your sales team through your own professional and personal network
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Organize and conduct client visits to drive business development activities
• Support and develop team members to enhance business generation and overall performance
• Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set business goals

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
