Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Core Sales
Identify and onboard new corporate clients in the UAE market
Drive the complete sales cycle prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Sell one-time / permanent recruitment solutions to companies across sectors
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Market Outreach & Lead Generation
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
Conduct client meetings and solution presentations
Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Internal Coordination (Post-Sales Handover)
Share finalized job requirements and closure details with the delivery team
Track closures, billing milestones, and personal sales performance
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B corporate sales and closing skills
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities
Strong understanding of the UAE business environment
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Eligibility Criteria
26 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales
Mandatory UAE market exposure (any industry)
MBA preferred
