Business Development Manager Process Units & Modular Systems

Crescent Engineering FZE delivers engineered-to-order process units and modular systems for the energy sector, including produced water treatment, gas dehydration, amine treating, separation systems, fired heaters, and modular process skids. Working with GasTech Engineering, Crescent combines process design with fabrication and modular manufacturing to support projects from FEED through commissioning.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across ADNOC Group companies and EPC contractors based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships within ADNOC operating companies and EPC contractors
• Identify opportunities for process units, modular systems, and brownfield upgrades
• Support FEED engagement, technical positioning, and tender submissions
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract alignment
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
• 815 years Oil & Gas business development or technical sales experience
• Proven track record in selling engineered packages or skid-mounted systems
• Strong ADNOC network and UAE EPC market knowledge
• Ability to engage engineering teams on process performance, design, and lifecycle considerations
