As a business development manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE to achieve your sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Acquisition: Drive new business development to achieve targeted revenue goals through strategic customer acquisition.
  2. Sales Planning & Execution: Independently manage sales activities, including planning and conducting client meetings.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all stages of the sales cycle for assigned client portfolios, ensuring timely and effective follow-through.
  4. Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by adhering to corporate operational and managerial guidelines.
  5. Client Relationship Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and follow-up visits.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in:
  • Business Information Services
  • Risk Management Solutions
  • Compliance & Regulatory Solutions
  • Data, Research & Advisory Services
  • Sustainability Solutions
  1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  2. Proven ability to guide clients through complex buying cycles.
  3. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
