As CoinW continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious Business Development
Consultants with Forex/Crypto Exchange/Blockchain experience to join our team and be
responsible for solutions that help us grow regional business and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market penetration and business development plans to
- bring new regional partners.
- Identify opportunities that align with company values and growth goals for our
- global affiliate/partnership program.
- Execution of the existing sales strategy to secure new channels and customers
- and identify opportunities with existing and new channels in a key region.
- Working closely with regional partners from the onboarding process, product
- training, marketing plans, and customer acquisition plans to KPI management.
- Seeking new market opportunities and new partnership models to improve
- company revenue. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong
- plus.
- Sales experience **(B2B)** in Forex, Financial services products or Crypto
- Exchange
- Has Community Manager or Marketing background for Blockchain projects or
- Crypto Exchanges.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience meeting or exceeding monthly
- targets.
- Experience working with financial products.
- Familiarity with the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
