We are growing rapidly and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our UAE team.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting & Sales
- Proactively identify and engage car dealerships across the UAE
- Sell Deal Drive's three core products: DDPro, Co-Buying, and Dealer Websites
- Build relationships with decision-makers (owners, general managers)
- Conduct tailored demos, present ROI, negotiate and close deals
- Convert prospects into activated clients, with clear revenue targets
Client Onboarding & Support
- Support clients through onboarding and setup
- Train dealer staff on how to use the platform for real business impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and retention
CRM & Reporting
- Keep CRM (Bitrix or equivalent) updated with all activity, leads, and outcomes
- Report on KPIs weekly and maintain a healthy, visible pipeline
Requirements
- 37 years automotive sales experience (SaaS, auto tech, or finance preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in a senior or leadership role in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close complex B2B deals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi are a strong plus
- Must have a valid UAE driving license, personal car and be ready for field work
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
