Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Managerwith experience in sellingsoftware (SaaS) products. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience in SaaS products, a strong ability to identify new business opportunities in the SME market, build relationships, and close deals. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding our customer base while delivering outstanding client service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus onsoftware (SaaS) products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in B2B sales and handling large-scale deals is a plus.
  • Experiencing in leading a sales team.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong ability to prospect, identify, and qualify leads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and align product offerings with business needs.

Market Understanding:

  • Deep knowledge of the software industry and market trends within the SME market.
  • Familiarity with tools used for lead generation, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics.

Client-Centric Approach:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling SaaS products or other subscription-based services.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Experience with leading a sales team.
  • Fluent in English.
