Job Description

We're currently working with multiple Tech, FinTech, and AI companies across the region who are actively hiring experienced Business Development Managers to drive growth across the UAE market.

These roles involve:

  • Owning the full sales cycle (prospecting close)
  • Strong outbound / hunter focus mindset
  • Winning new logos and expanding market presence
  • Selling B2B solutions (SaaS, Cloud, FinTech, AI, Platforms)
  • Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Hubspot etc

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in the SaaS/Fintech/Tech Sales/AI Sales industry
  • Proven experience in outbound sales (Cold calling/emailing, attending trade-shows/events etc)
  • Experience dealing with C-Suite and other decision makers
  • Fluent English communication skills (Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not a must*)

UAE based roles - Candidates MUST be already based in Dubai
