EduStream is a Dubai based EdTech company providing AI and Robotics labs, STEAM solutions, and hands on learning tools for K 12 schools. We work with leading school groups across the UAE and run national competitions such as STEAM Champions UAE.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to focus purely on new business with schools. You will drive revenue growth, open new accounts, and build strong relationships with school decision makers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales plan to win new schools and education groups
Identify and qualify opportunities, manage a strong pipeline, and close deals
Lead meetings and presentations with principals and senior school leaders
Prepare tailored proposals, commercial offers, and follow up professionally
Represent EduStream at school visits, events, and education conferences
Coordinate with technical and customer success teams for smooth handover
Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and sales reports
Work toward clear monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
3 to 6 years experience in business development or sales, ideally in EdTech, education, training or technology solutions
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English
Confident dealing with school leadership and decision makers
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the UAE
Based in the UAE or able to relocate and join quickly
Preferred
Experience selling to K 12 schools or school groups
Understanding of STEM, robotics, AI or STEAM education
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
