About the role:
As a Business Development Manager BB Elite, you will play a key role in growing our Elite Business Banking portfolio by acquiring highvalue business clients and providing exceptional relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, onboarding quality business customers, and supporting their ongoing banking needs while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acquiring and onboarding new Elite Business Banking relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Growing your portfolio through proactive relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
- Identifying business opportunities and crossselling Business Banking products to deepen client relationships.
- Ensuring all clients meet the Bank's compliance, duediligence, and risk standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to maximise product penetration and support seamless service delivery.
- Handling client service requirements and resolving queries efficiently and within SLA.
- Ensuring all processes, controls, and documentation comply with bank policies, regulatory expectations, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Banking Liabilities, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management.
- Strong ability to acquire, manage, and grow highquality business banking relationships, especially with HNWIs and toptier SME clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of UAE banking practices, Central Bank regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, translate feedback into product needs, and drive innovative customer solutions.
