Job Title: Business Development Manager / Value-Added Reseller

Summary:

EON Reality is seeking experienced and entrepreneurial professionals to drive global expansion of its AI-powered XR platform. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across education, enterprise, and government sectors.

We welcome both business development professionals and value-added resellers or consultants who have a proven track record in technology solution sales and are eager to grow their portfolio by representing a global XR AI leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand EON Reality's customer base across academic, industrial, and government markets worldwide.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with EON's global growth goals.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets (minimum expectation: USD 500,000+ per year).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
  • Present and demonstrate EON solutions to clients, showcasing their transformative impact on learning, training, and operations.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with EON's marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a consistent brand and solution experience.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product and business strategy development.
  • Represent EON Reality at global industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, enterprise software, or similar technology sectors.
  • Documented success in consistently achieving sales of over USD 500,000 annually.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-selling approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher education level required.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, events, and business development.

  • Experience building or managing reseller and channel partnerships.
  • Knowledge of government or institutional procurement processes.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the drive to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
