Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, devising strategic plans for market growth, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Business Development, Account Management, and Market Research
• Experience in Sales Strategy development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management especially within the events industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Networking, Presentation, and Communication skills
• Familiarity with technology solutions is an advantage
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and understand market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the events sector, particularly in the Saudi Arabia, is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
