Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager - Exhibitions and Events. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing exhibition and event projects. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful execution of events. The role demands effective communication and a deep understanding of the exhibitions and events industry.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Exhibitions, Events Management, and Event Coordination
• Strong Negotiation Skills, Contract Management, and Sales Experience
• Proficiency in Market Research and Business Strategy Development
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, and handle stress
• Knowledge of the exhibitions and events industry in the Dubai region is a plus
• Ability to work independently and Lead the New Business Development
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
