We are hiring a Business Development Manager Export for a fast-growing Food & Beverage company based in Dubai.
The role will be responsible for driving export growth across GCC and North African markets, building strong distributor partnerships, and opening new markets for the brand.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands regional market dynamics, distributor-led business models, and has deep experience in the food category.
Key Responsibilities-
- Drive export sales and business development across GCC & North Africa
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners in target markets
- Lead new market entry strategies, including market feasibility, pricing, and go-to-market plans
- Own distributor performance management targets, visibility, coverage, and promotions
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and annual business plans with distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and distributor meetings
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets
Candidate Profile-
Must-Have Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Export / International Business Development
- Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG (Food)
- Strong exposure to GCC and North African markets
- Proven experience in distributor appointment & management
- Track record of opening new export markets
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) mandatory
