Business Development Manager – Enterprise ICT Solutions (Hunter Role)
We are hiring a high‑impact Business Development Manager to drive enterprise ICT solution sales in the UAE market.
This role is with a startup organization, apply only if you are comfortable working in a startup environment.
This is a pure hunting role with full ownership of AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets, ideal for professionals experienced in closing large, complex enterprise ICT deals within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise ICT sales to achieve AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Position end‑to‑end ICT solutions, including:
- Networking & infrastructure
- Data centers
- Network & information security
- Cloud, connectivity, and enterprise systems
- Engage with enterprise clients, government entities, developers, consultants, system integrators, and FM companies
- Lead pre‑sales activities such as proposals, solution presentations, demos, and POCs in collaboration with technical teams
- Build, expand, and manage strategic enterprise accounts and partner relationships
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise ICT / Technology Sales / System Integration
- Proven track record of closing AED 10M+ annual revenue
- Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, and complex deal management
- Experience selling ICT infrastructure, networking, security, data center, or cloud solutions
- Ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders and senior decision‑makers
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership, pace, and performance expectations
