Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to secure new projects in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and developers.
  • Actively pursue and close high-value fit-out and design projects to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and network to build the company's visibility and client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the fit-out or interior design industry.
  • Strong network in the commercial, residential, or luxury design sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or interior design-related fields.
