This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and initiating new business opportunities in CICPA and chemical transport operations. Day-to-day tasks include customer relationship management, developing strategic partnerships, preparing and delivering proposals, and tracking market trends relevant to the transport sector. The role will also involve ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, while contributing to revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the market.

• Proven experience with Business Development and strategic planning in the transport or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of CICPA operations and chemical transport regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations
• Project management skills with the ability to work within deadlines
• Understanding of market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the transport sector
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates or GCC region is an advantage
