Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business, strengthen key client relationships, and support sustainable revenue and profit growth. This role is suited for someone who enjoys hunting for new opportunities while also managing strategic accounts in a fast paced environment.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the face of the company and a trusted advisor to customers
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Stay closely engaged with clients through regular meetings and communication
  • Translate customer expectations into clear internal actions and SOPs
  • Ensure service excellence by coordinating with internal teams and managing escalations
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
  • Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and practical, value driven solutions
  • Develop and adapt sales strategies based on market and competitor activity

RFQ, Pricing & Commercial Management

  • Lead RFQ submissions in coordination with pricing and network teams
  • Analyze RFQs and spot quotes to improve margins and conversion rates
  • Capture feedback on lost opportunities and share insights internally

Reporting & Market Engagement

  • Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
  • Support budgeting and revenue projections
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client forums

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding is mandatory
  • Strong exposure to Oil & Gas clients, including business development and key account management
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across internal teams
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting

Language Requirement

  • English and Arabic fluency is mandatory
