The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, and building strategic partnerships within the Executive Search, Recruitment, and HR
Advisory market. The role focuses on converting market opportunities into long-term client
relationships while supporting the company's strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with the company's vision and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity within the Executive Search and HR services sector.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital products and aligned with market needs and business objectives.
- Support the strategic development and operational effectiveness of the Medical Services Department.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve target margins.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with consulting firms, business advisors, and HR technology providers.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide regular performance monthly reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and refine business models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 24+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within Executive Search or HR Services.
- Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
