About the Role
We are a Saudi-based digital marketing agency seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Giza. Your primary mission is simple: acquire new paying clients and grow revenue. This is not a lead generation rolethis is a closing role. You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Branding.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term partnerships and client relationships with SMEs and enterprises.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals that drive revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Branding).
- A closer mentalityability to convert opportunities into paying clients, not just generate leads.
- Experience working with SMEs and decision-makers, ideally in the Saudi or GCC region.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is a big plus (essential for engaging with the Saudi market).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
