Job Title: Business Development Manager Digital Marketing Agency

Market Focus: Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are a Saudi-based digital marketing agency seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Giza. Your primary mission is simple: acquire new paying clients and grow revenue. This is not a lead generation rolethis is a closing role. You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Promote and sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Branding.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term partnerships and client relationships with SMEs and enterprises.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals that drive revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Branding).
  • A closer mentalityability to convert opportunities into paying clients, not just generate leads.
  • Experience working with SMEs and decision-makers, ideally in the Saudi or GCC region.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English fluency is required; Arabic is a big plus (essential for engaging with the Saudi market).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.

  • Number of new paying clients acquired.
  • Monthly revenue generated.
  • Lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Average deal value.
