Job Type: Full-time
Monday - Friday: Office-based (with some flexibility to work remotely subject to business needs)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. We are looking for a proactive, commercially-driven Business Development Manager to work closely with our customers in the iGaming industry.
This is a target-driven, incentivized role, with bonuses tied to successful promotion launches, operator uptake, and negotiated commercial terms. You will also be responsible for managing communication with operators and working closely with Finance to ensure discounts and promotional costs are accurately tracked.

This role focuses on sourcing and managing promotions, presenting compelling business cases to operators, driving uptake of campaigns, and ensuring maximum value is extracted from supplier relationships. You will need to persistently follow up, not take no for an answer, and clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition to stakeholders.

Promotion Management: Follow up with game providers and aggregators regarding upcoming campaigns. Pitch these to operators and secure their participation.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through campaign data, provider roadmaps, and market demand.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with game providers and aggregators to secure priority deals and early access.
Operator Communications: Be the single point of contact for operators regarding game provider campaigns and incentives.
Value Selling: Present the business case for each promotion clearly and persuasively. Push through objections by showing measurable value.
Finance Collaboration: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure promotional costs and discounts are tracked and correctly attributed.
Reporting & Target Tracking: Track KPIs tied to operator participation, campaign ROI, and provider performance.
Proactive Approach: Constantly scout for new campaign opportunities and ensure operators are always informed and engaged.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on provider releases, aggregator integrations, and competitor activity to spot and act on opportunities early.

Requirements

3+ years in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in the iGaming sector
Experience working with game providers, aggregators, or iGaming platforms
Strong commercial acumen understanding of promotional ROI, margin protection, and revenue growth levers
Persuasive communication and negotiation skills ability to sell value, not just features
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability managing multiple campaigns across providers and operators simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting toolsFluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
