RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing, workforce planning, or talent acquisition.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understanding Client Workforce Needs.
Consult with clients to understand their hiring goals, skill gaps, labour market challenges, and workforce strategies.
Tailor solutions such as temporary staffing, direct hire, contract labour, or workforce training to meet client needs.
Design customized workforce strategies, including contingent labour programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and talent pipelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, trainers) to deliver and implement workforce solutions.
Proposal & Contract Management.
Prepare service proposals, staffing plans, and pricing models.
Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
