Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for market penetration, and driving revenue growth. The role includes preparing proposals, conducting market research, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal departments to align solutions with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Planning
• Strong expertise in Sales Processes, Networking, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for identifying market opportunities and challenges
• Strong Communication in English and Arabic, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience in technology or AI-focused industries is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
